I hope I always have this feeling but I fear that I will get burned out.
With all the everyday life task like marriage, kids, work, 2-3 hrs drive everyday, Gym etc. it is hard to find time to focus and be inspired to paint.
I want to learn many different painting techniques. Below you will see a total different landscape that uses Gesso, Acrylic paints then for the first time a coat of liquid clear.
Hope you enjoy this it is a sunset forest scene done 90% with a liner brush, yes I said just a liner brush. It was kind of difficult but still fun!!

This one is kind of in the eye of the beholder, you either love it or hate it. That is just my opinion.
You can see that I changed my signature it now says JM and is a red color actually Alizarin Crimson :)
